Today I’ll wait for you to come home.
I’ll watch him pull the plug on that machine that sustains you.
Then we’ll wait till we see your last breath.
Then we’ll all breakdown.
We’ll hug and cry and wail and weep.
Through the tears we’ll all agree you left the way you wanted; surrounded by the people you love and who love you.
Today we’ll be sad you’ll go, but happy you’re free.
Thinking of: How life can be narrowed down to a plug.
